Terms &
Conditions.

Clear expectations for every experience. These terms explain how bookings work, when we act as an intermediary, and the responsibilities of everyone involved.

Effective 16 October 2026

1. About AndesCrew

AndesCrew is a platform for discovering, requesting and coordinating experiences in Arequipa, Peru. Depending on the activity, AndesCrew may act as the organizer, a booking coordinator, or an intermediary connecting customers with independent third-party operators. The role of AndesCrew and the identity of the actual service provider will be communicated where relevant before a booking is finalized. These Terms apply to use of this website and to booking requests made through our channels.

2. Booking requests and confirmation

Submitting a form, opening WhatsApp or sending a message is a booking request, not an automatic confirmation. Availability, departure times, meeting points, inclusions and any special requirements are subject to confirmation. A paid booking is secured only when the applicable payment is completed and confirmation is provided. Customers should review the final confirmed details before paying or attending.

3. Prices, payments and changes

Prices shown on the website are indicative offers for new requests and may be updated at any time, including for seasonal demand, supplier costs, availability or promotions. AndesCrew may modify, suspend or discontinue website content and future offers without advance notice, subject to applicable law. Changes do not retroactively alter the agreed price, inclusions or conditions of an already confirmed and paid booking unless the customer expressly agrees or applicable law permits it. If a material change is required and the customer does not accept a lawful alternative, applicable refund rights will be respected. Payment links are provided only after availability is confirmed for activities requiring prepayment. Never send card details through ordinary chat.

4. Free experiences and optional tips

Experiences marked “Free” have no mandatory participation fee charged by AndesCrew. Tips are voluntary and never a condition of joining. Any separately purchased items, such as drinks or personal expenses, are the customer's responsibility and will be disclosed where applicable. Free activities may require prior confirmation and may be limited by capacity, weather or safety considerations.

5. Independent third-party operators

Some activities are organized or delivered by independent tour companies, guides, transport providers or other suppliers. Where AndesCrew acts solely as an intermediary, the third-party operator is responsible for the direct operation, personnel, equipment and delivery of its service, to the extent provided by applicable law. Operational concerns should first be raised with the provider responsible for the activity; AndesCrew will reasonably assist in communicating and coordinating a resolution. Use of the AndesCrew brand reflects our commitment to clear information and customer support, but is not a promise that every independent provider is controlled by AndesCrew or that an activity is risk-free. Nothing in this section removes any responsibility AndesCrew has under mandatory consumer protection or other applicable law.

6. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

The cancellation terms displayed for a particular experience or communicated and accepted at confirmation form part of that booking. For the Countryside Ride, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure, as advertised. Different activities or third-party providers may have different policies, which must be disclosed before payment. If AndesCrew or the operating provider cancels a confirmed paid activity, customers will be offered the remedies required by applicable law, which may include a refund or an agreed alternative. Refunds, where due, are processed through an appropriate payment channel within a reasonable period and subject to legal requirements.

7. Safety, outdoor activities and personal responsibility

Running, cycling, rafting, travel and other outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including falls, traffic, weather, altitude, water conditions, injury, illness and property loss. Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions, disclose relevant participation limitations to the operator where appropriate, use required safety equipment, and refrain from participating while impaired. AndesCrew and its partners may refuse or stop participation when reasonably necessary for safety. Participants are responsible for their own belongings and for obtaining suitable travel or medical insurance if desired. Assumption of inherent risks does not waive rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Weather, unforeseen events and itinerary adjustments

For safety or circumstances outside reasonable control—including severe weather, natural events, road closures, public authority restrictions or supplier disruptions—an itinerary, route, meeting point or departure time may need to change. Material changes to a confirmed booking will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable, with appropriate alternatives or remedies under applicable law. AndesCrew does not guarantee specific views, weather, wildlife encounters or other conditions beyond its control.

9. Information and website availability

We aim to keep descriptions, images, schedules and prices accurate. Some photographs may be illustrative. Minor editorial changes and website maintenance may occur without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website or messaging availability. No website statement overrides the specific terms expressly agreed in a confirmed booking or mandatory legal rights.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AndesCrew is not liable for losses caused exclusively by events beyond its reasonable control or by the independent acts of third parties for which it is not legally responsible. AndesCrew does not accept responsibility for customers' failure to follow safety instructions or for inaccurate information supplied by customers, except where applicable law provides otherwise. No provision excludes or restricts liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, legally non-excludable negligence, consumer rights, personal injury or any other obligation that cannot lawfully be waived. Any limitation is applied only to the extent lawful and proportionate.

11. Customer conduct

Participants must respect other guests, local communities, staff, property and applicable laws. Harassment, discriminatory behavior, unsafe conduct or interference with an activity may result in removal where reasonably justified. Any refund consequences will be determined under the agreed booking conditions and applicable law.

12. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, AndesCrew's original branding, written materials and website design may not be commercially copied or reused without permission. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Privacy and communications

Information provided to request an experience is used to coordinate reservations, communicate booking details and provide customer support, in accordance with applicable data protection law. Communications through WhatsApp or payment providers may also be governed by those services' privacy terms. We do not request full payment card details by WhatsApp.

14. Updates to these Terms

AndesCrew may revise these Terms for future website use and future booking requests by publishing an updated version with a new effective date. Changes will not unilaterally reduce rights already acquired under a confirmed booking. Where the law requires notice or consent, AndesCrew will provide it.

15. Governing law and customer rights

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Peru. Customers retain all non-waivable rights under Peruvian consumer protection law, including access to legally competent authorities and complaint mechanisms. Nothing here requires a customer to surrender those rights or accept an unlawful jurisdiction or dispute resolution restriction.

16. Contact and support

For booking questions, changes, concerns or complaints, contact AndesCrew through WhatsApp at +51 912 008 071. If a third-party operator delivered the experience, we can help identify the responsible provider and coordinate communication. This contact channel does not replace any mandatory complaint channel required by law.
